Description : Comprising of a large prestige hotel complex. Reduce dig working in liaison with ordnance bomb decommissioning team. Disposal of contaminated material. Piling attendance, pile preparation, reinforcement, pilecaps and groundbeam foundations, holding down bolts, reinforced concrete lift pits, 400m2 of retaining wall and underpass with associated suspended beam, column surrounds, formwork, extensive powerfloated floors 300mm thick reinforced with cut and bent steel. Car park areas with associated drainage and interceptors, below ground services, access road and connection with associated traffic management requirements, surface water channels, hard landscaping, block paving,slabs & kerbs. Detailed paving features of various high specification finishes.

Contract : Pompey Centre, Portsmouth.
Description : Comprising one very large industrial building, split into six substantially sized units. Reinforcement pads and groundbeams, reinforced concrete lift pits, formwork. Large car park area with associated drainage upto 1200mm diameter concrete pipework, below ground services, access road and connection with associated traffic management requirements, extensive hard landscaping, block paving car park bays, slabs & kerbs.
